We guarantee a refund of the amount if the product is undamaged, including the return form and delivered to us within 14 days. - Return the products in appropriate, sturdy packaging including the return form.
- All items can be returned within 7 days of receipt. After which the total purchase amount excluding delivery costs will be transferred. The refund can only be made to the account with which the original payment was made.
- The costs and responsibility of the return shipment are for your account. We recommend sending the return with a Track and Trace code - if this is not the case and the shipment is lost, this is not our responsibility.
