Downloadhere the return form. Product(s) can only be returned for a refund. Fill in the form and send it along with the package. We guarantee refund of the amount if the product is undamaged, including the return form and has been delivered to us within 14 days. It is important to handle the return through the process below for a successful transfer.

If you want a different product You can place a new order via www.moesk.nl and return the relevant products for a transfer..
Send the products back in suitable, sturdy packaging including the return form.
All items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. After which the total purchase amount excluding shipping costs will be transferred. The refund can only be made to the account with which the original payment was made.
The costs and responsibility of the return shipment are for your own account. We recommend sending the return shipment with a Track and Trace code - if this is not the case and the shipment is lost, this is not our responsibility.
If the goods are used, damaged or incomplete, we have the right to refuse the returned items.

The refund will be made within 14 working days after receipt and inspection.

If you discover visible defects immediately when the product has arrived at you, you must report it to us immediately, but no later than 5 days after the actual transfer via info@moesk.nl to Moesk. If these 5 days are exceeded, any claim against Moesk will lapse.
