- Send the products back in suitable, sturdy packaging including the return form.
- All items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. After which the total purchase amount excluding shipping costs will be transferred. The refund can only be made to the account with which the original payment was made.
- The costs and responsibility of the return shipment are for your own account. We recommend sending the return shipment with a Track and Trace code - if this is not the case and the shipment is lost, this is not our responsibility.
