Article 1 Generaln
1.1 Moesk's general terms and conditions. apply to all agreements. When you read an article from Mousk. ordered, you agree to these terms.
1.2 The purpose of these general terms and conditions is to create clarity between the parties with regard to the conditions under which the agreement between the parties is concluded, as well as under which conditions the further execution of the agreement takes place.
1.3 The company Moesk. is located at Westerweg 49, 1815 DC in Alkmaar. Available on telephone number 0031 6 28 81 06 73 and 0031 6 29 60 17 98 or email@example.com. Mousque. is registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 71372466 and has VAT identification number NL858690238B01.
Article 2 Agreement and orderg
2.1 The agreement is binding when you place an order. Mousque. processes the order after payment is received. Until the moment is Mousk. the sole owner of the products.
2.2 Once the order has been processed you will receive an e-mail confirmation that the payment has been accepted and an e-mail with the invoice and details of your order.
2.3 All products are handmade and may therefore differ slightly from the image. This cannot be the reason to submit a claim.
Article 3 Payment and payment methodsn
3.1 Near Moesk. you can pay with Ideal, Pay Pal, Bancontact, Belfius, KVC/CVC.
3.2 All product prices on moesk.nl include VAT, but exclude shipping costs.
3.3 If an incorrect price is accidentally stated on the website moesk.nl, and it is clearly a mistake, we have the right to adjust this. Even if you have already ordered this item.
Article 4 Delivery and dispatchg
4.1 The address stated is the place of delivery.
4.2 All products are made to order and by hand, to be able to make the order we use a delivery time of 5 working days.
4.3 Shipping within the Netherlands via letterbox package is free (Track & Trace uninsured). Orders with card products (postcard or gift) > 2 euros.
4.4 You will always receive an email when the package is on its way with the corresponding DHL tracking number.
4.5 Until the moment of delivery, Moesk bears. the responsibility for the order, after the delivery the responsibility is transferred to you.
4.6 Mousque. will make every effort to ensure that your order arrives on time. If we cannot deliver the product within the agreed period, we will inform you by e-mail. In the event that a product is not delivered within the expected period, it is not possible to submit a claim.
Article 5 Returns and complaintsn
5.1 We hope that you are happy with your purchase. All items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. After which the total purchase amount excluding delivery costs is transferred. The refund can only be made to the account with which the original payment was made.
5.2 The costs and responsibility of the return shipment are for your account.
5.3 If the goods are used, damaged or incomplete, we have the right to refuse the returned items.
5.4 The refund will be made within 14 working days after receipt and verification.
5.5 The return shipment must always be sent back with our return form, this form can be downloaded from moesk.nl.
5.6 Complaints with regard to visible defects must be submitted without delay after discovery thereof, but no later than 5 days after the actual transfer firstname.lastname@example.org to Moesk. are shared. Article 6 Copyrightt
